Media Players: DAC Chip?

There are a number of HD media players nowadays.

I am thinking of buying one for audio purposes, esp. for my Flac files.

Do you know which audio chip/DAC has been used in the following players:

Xtreamer
Western Digital
Ac Ryan Play on Mini
Nationite HDTV
TVX

I am new to this forum and was pleasantly surprised to see someone have the exact same question that I have... and kinda disappointed that there are no responses!
If I may revive this thread and ask the same question: From an audio perspective, which of these media players have the best DACs? Thanks for your help!!
