Mid range HTPC components

Hi All,

Pls help me in finalizing the HTPC components

Requirements:

1. To Play all video formats, blu ray/1080P, true HD/DTS HD
2. Connect these to my Denon 5.1 set up
3. Surf net from my couch using wireless keyboard
4. Use Jukebox like XBMC
5. 3D is not a requirement but should be upgradable in the future
6. Cabinet to be small to place in the living room

Budget around 25K

Here are the main parts several sources suggested

Cabinet- Antec Fusion Remote Black Micro ATX (pls advice if there are better ones)
MB - Gigabyte Z68
4 GB memory
Power supply - Antec EarthWatts EA-380D
Samsung Blu ray drive

i dont think your choice of components will fit 25k. Also a Z68 paired with i3/i5/i7 is overkill for HTPC requirement. Try E350 platforms from gigabyte, MSI or Asus. The E350 platform has enough firepower of 1080P playback.
MSI E350 E45 - 6.6K
Corsair Value RAM - 4 GB DDR3 - 1.5K
Blu Ray Drive - 9K (dont know exactly)
Seagate/WD Green 2 TB - 4K
Cooler Master Elite 100 (comes with PSU) - 3.2K

My Advice, skip the Blu Ray drive.
