Monster cables from ebay US

Hi, I'm planning no buying 2 digital coaxial cables from the us ebay and having them shipped as even after shipping it'll be cheaper than indian price.

I was thinking of the interconnect 100 4ft for connecting pc to avr
and thx certified cable 2 m for subwoofer,

I'm confused about them so I thought maybe you guys can help me out.. my budget is 30$ shipped for both.
Any info on the difference between interconnect and thx one would be appreciated.
