Motorola Amphisoundx 400w wireless speakers issue

Hi Guys,

I purchased Motorola Amphisoundx 400w soundbar 2 years a go, now the problem which I am facing is: 2 of My wirless speakers only work if I put soundbar in Bluetooth mode but if I put a soundbar in aix,hdmi,optical mode they are not working.

What could be the issue?

Did you check the cables /connections and settings in your Soundbar/TV/media player are correct?.
Could be some damage to the internal board, mainly on input ports. You can check with service center once what's the issue.
