Music CD's and movie DVD's 70% off

Guys, I couldnt help but let you know that i visited Landmark in forum mall in bangalore yesterday and found that they had an offer running for clearing old stock at 70% off on most labels - from Jazz, Rock, Pop et al. I bought about 30 CD's that worked out to about rs. 130 a piece - which is a steal by all means :yahoo:

disclaimer: im not connected to landmark in anyway just a budding audiophile trying to build a decent CD/vinyl collection....cheers.

Sale is on at Landmark, Infiniti Mall, Andheri W. I saw them pasting the sale stickers and arranging them in the display racks last night. 70%, 50% and 15% on ACDs, iirc.

PS: can any townie confirm if the Landmark at Phoenix Mills has re-opened? Their music collection used to be better than the Andheri store.

folks, if you're buying different media such as cds, blurays, etc, double check your total after discount. the guy at the counter forgot to deduct the 50% off on the blurays. luckily i caught it in time.

Actually buy 2 get 3 is 33% off not 60%... Even 40% off is better than buy 2 get 3... Although when I think about it again u might be thinking on the lines of getting 5 CDs for the price of 2 but I think the deal is get 3 CDs for the price of 2

Went back to Landmark yesterday and saw that they have restructured the place. Now their CD display is just 5% of what it used to be. and no LP's anymore! Sucks. I guess the only decent option now is flipkart. Anyone know other places in BLR that have a good collection on sale?
