it came about a week back from the US
since i've yet to get my step down and speakers ,i have not placed in in wall unit and this is just a casual pic from my iphone.

Once the full unit is set up i'll write a more detailed post with more pics
just unboxed it yday ,so thought il post a pic
cant wait to play my avatar bluray or the U2 360 one on it

Hi I just got one from the us also. Why do u need a step down? The us version is also 110 to 220 v? India power supply will work fine

hey was waiting for my 55 LED to come in to test blurays etc and only then post reviews
Tv came in on friday .last night i also did the audyssey config and dynamic Eq etc .
i must say its just mindblowing impact in total
i'll write a more detailed review in a couple of days
as the rest of the setup is yet to be installed xbox +kinect,Tvix 6500 etc
Then the wiring has to be hidden ;-)

the tata sky+ HD is just gorgeous especially star world HD & Nat geo HD

Jamo S606 .did lotta testing including wharfedales ,paradigm etc but only these suited my ear ;-)
the only thing better was Tannoy arena ,but they werent FS

Also have to mention that the audyssey config was a bit off .
though my FS speakers are about 18 feet from my listening psot it listed them as 15 .and the sub which is nearer it listed as 21 ft .
and for some reason it nearly cut the sub off completely in the level calibration

The sub may not be localized due to

1. Non-directional behavior of low freq sounds
2. Standing waves

Tks guys .set up my router yday .
this weekend will set up my xbox and kinect and then take pics with the Dslr
The sound just makes the TV come alive too .
Forget blurays, even the Dexter intro in HD made my freinds eye pop.

The best part -the 609 and my Tv ex720 both connect to the net .
worst part -both require a wifi dongle which i dont have .any options ?
so i guess i'll do it wired for now
