Hi Friends,
A BIG thank to Mr. Aniket for his help through out my journey to complete my Project. It was really a very long journey to complete this project. I started this project around July 2016, & Today in Jan 2017 it is completed. It was a very good experience while doing this Project. Right from making the layout of PCB till the final execution it was a tough ride, but the fruits are damn Sweet.
A small look at the Journey.
Below are the pic of my first PCB which i itched. I did trial and errors with it, Sorted out all faulty issues and made it run.
Below is the Second PCB which was finalized by me, this layout was a smaller size then the first one. I made a pair and decided to use it. But i found something lacking in it.
The Size of 1st and 2nd PCB can be compared in below pic.
Below is the Third PCB which had the provision to fit Original as well as replacement transistors for Input & Driver. I made this PCB long because i wanted to keep distance between 2 transistors so that i can mount a single transistor on single Heat sink.
Below is the PCB of Power supply but it didn't went along as i decided to use Cap Multiplier.
Below is the PCB of CAP Multiplier I forgot to take the Pic of actual PCB.
In below Pic you can see the Cap multipliers mounted on Heatsink
Finally the Speaker Protection PCB
& Below are the Pics of Completed Amplifier.
Thank you once again Aniket for your suggestions & providing me those awesome output transistors (NJW 0281 & NJW 0302) & Driver transistors (2SC4793 & 2SA1837). They really sound sweeter then those originals. Forgot to mention during final stage I also changed the Drivers & Output Transistors. I would also recommend these transistors to anyone willing to make this amplifier. I think this post is getting longer so i will add more Pics of completed Amplifier in Next Post.
