NAD C320BEE : Sudden drop in Volume

Just got my hands on a NAD 320BEE. Have hooked it up and it sounds great.
However randomly the volume drops on either or both speakers (Mission M72) and it recovers automatically after that. Have tried multiple sources but its the same.
This happens even at low volumes. I also have observed some random distortion / buzz.

Any idea what the issue could be ? Capacitors ?

Are there any good repair guys in Mumbai ?

Just an update here if it helps anyone. I sprayed the crap out of the pots with some contact spray while turning them constantly. All seems well now.
