Need a subwoofer : On a shoe string budget though

Either go for used or look at norge nsw 100, if you are not a BIG BASS freak or a sub from Craftel/audiocraft in Chennai. Also look at dnmaudio, telomeaudio, peerlessaudio, sanenaudio websites. If you have someone in the US, get him/her to carry a HSU STF1 on a labor day discount for about USD 254, nothing better in the world that i know of at this price pt.

HSU STF-1 Subwoofer

But yes you can get a passable sub in this amount, no worries.
More on hearing from you.
The wharfedale sw 150 should cost abt 15k in the grey market.
depending on customs duty and shipping, that BIC sub above is not a bad deal too but not in the same league as the HSU
HTH

You may want to search this forum for Astonia's sub. Someone had got that for 12.5 last year and had good feedback about it.

Never updated this thread , I made an impulsive buy sometime last year and it cost me 13k for the PSW 110 from Profx. Suits my needs for the time being and isn't a bad sub as such, does the job for its price.

Purchase the Audiolab 6000A Integrated Amplifier at a special offer price.
