One Maruti Swift [i lied this was bought 4 years ago

I am upgrading my system. Need advice on:
Dampening the system:
Whether to go for entire car dampeneing or only doors?
I have zeroed on Dynamat Extreme or Second Skin or Fatmat as dampeners? Your advice on these....
Any specific shop which is very good in quality dampening installation?
Speakers for rear door:
Which coaxical speakers would compliment the aforesaid setup? Budget is 5-8 k.
HU:
I am also thinking of upgrading the HU. I have zeroed on pioneer AVH 3200 BT. Double din and Blue Tooth is a must. Any other models you can suggest, Budget is 15-20 k.
Any dealers in Delhi where I can get the above HU and speakers at a competitive price?
