Need help with buying 2 songs/albums

Hi,

I am looking for these two songs, can anyone please help me where can I buy these to download locally and play on any program?

Both are Mohit Chauhan -
1 - Guncha Koi - (Movie - main, meri patni aur woh)
2 - Sabse Peeche Hum Khade - (Movie - lets enjoy)

I have a US account for spotify and these songs are not available there. I would like to buy these songs and download them locally so I can sync them with my spotify playlist.
