Need some Clarity on Purchasing Home Theatre system

Hi All,

I'm Planning to buy the Home theatre. Any suggestion / Advice would be very much appreciated.:clapping::clapping:

TV : Panasoniv 32" LED TV (Connected with PC through HDMI)
Budget : 40K
DTH : TataSky HD
Room Size : 10*10 (Living Room model figure is attached)

I have auditioned some models in Reliance digital chennai
Yamaha YHT-299
Pioneer HTP323 5.1
DENON 5.1 CHANNEL HOME THEATER SYSTEM - AVR X500 AV RECEIVER + SYS 5.1 SPEAKERS

Pls suggest which one is best or recommend any other brands/models under 40K

if i buy any of these Models, Is it upgradable in future?

Speaker Setup: As TV is Placed in a Left Corner. Suggest some possible rear speaker placement.

sir as per ur lay out u may not benefit from surround speakers R and L...
use both surround speakers very closely like using one unit behind ur seating position so that it look like 4.1 system
