Need to fix Sansui P-L41

It’s a fully automatic DD turntable with computerized linear tracking.
It turns on and lights up but buttons for “repeat” “start/stop” “tone arm up down” “manual selection” don’t activate anything.
Moving the tone and with hand the table doesn’t turn.

Most technicians I’ve seen in Bangalore say they don’t have the ICs required to fix it. Looking to see if anyone here can.
