Need urgent imac studio setup information

Hi all respected people,

I am setting up a studio system with IMAC and i have selected few products to pair with imac. Few questions i have:

1. If this setup was chosen for an imac , what extra is needed?
2. What cables/ connections?
3. and is there something better than this OR recommended OR cost effective?

MOST IMPORTANT
Please ask them if they have protective casing that come along with these products to store these products if in case they need to be stored/transported.
