I just picked up an Emotiva UMC 1, plan to upgrade my HT system. I currently have an earlier generation Emotiva LMC 1, also a 7.1 preamp processor, which I plan to list for sale after I take a photo. I will be travelling for a few days without email access, so it will happen after I return.

The UMC 1 is currently not shipping since they are back ordered but Emotiva offers B stock UMC 1 pieces with the latest firmware for $499, I got one of those.

Congrats George! Njoy. I myself am in the search phase to upgrade from my denon 2310, so am considering inexpensive pre power setups. where did you buy the emotiva from?

How did you order B-stock products? As I see most of the gear is retired and not available to shop online any more.

I didnt see the B Stock info on their site-I registered for the UMC 1, as and when they stocked it, using a web form. A few days later I got an email saying they could ship me B Stock if I didnt want to wait.
