The shield tv pro 2019 is on sale now on Amazon.com. Price is 170 USD + 111 USD in taxes and deposits. Using Amazon's currency converter, it comes to approx 23k INR delivered to India.

prime day for amazon(dot)com was on 12th and 13th July. Prices did drop as I have mentioned above. However, due to current dollar rate, it was still 23k INR with the discount. I think the next discount will be during the US holiday season, if at all.

Better not to wait for any discounts and go ahead and buy it as our currency is falling against the doller. If you have someone coming from the US who can carry it, then it would be a big price drop.
In March I had paid 24k from Amazon US.
