Nylon multifilament or Techflex for flat speaker cables?

I'm trying to make flat speaker cables similar to this-http://www.harbinger-project.de/speaker-cables.php. I've got the cables figured out (The Original Adhesive Flat Wire - Taperwire or Speaker Wire) but can't figure out where to get the black mesh they've got to cover the cables. Does anyone have ideas on where I can get something similar? Much appreciated- thanks!

Try Kiran Sales, Lamington Road (Mumbai). They stock various sizes of TechFlex sleeving. Colour choice is usually black, fluorescents in green, red, yellow. You will have to search the forum for their number (sorry, I have misplaced their visiting card).
