Write back to oppo customer care. Ask them to ship a new drive and you can replace yourself. I had a similar issue. They might ask you to ship the player back to oppo but you can explain the pain involved in shipping and the cost involved. They will surely help you out and also tell them clearly that it's the issue with loader and you can get it fixed yourself.
