One of the dealers ( from Mumbai ) at compareindia.com is offering Pana TX-37LZ80 for 47000/- (MRP 64000/-). This is full HD 37"model... Pana brand shop offers the same model for 58-59000/- for cash purchase... The dealer says this is a brand new piece with regular manufacturer's one year warranty. He is able to offer this price because of the pricing package that he is getting from Pana.Anything suspicious here?
