Finally Panasonic has announced itz first range of 3D enabled FHD Projector and it will be launched by September and the price will be around USD3K.

It can convert 2D to 3D....

Additionally we have to buy 3D Viewing glasses to work with the inbuilt IR transmitter, but if you have already 3D Panasonic TV's the supplied glasses will work for that.

mmm I hope that will make the existing 2d 4000E cheaper ....

I believe we will be getting 3D enabled PJ below $2.5K by December,2011 and mitsubushi may trigger the price war asusual and ofcourse normal 2D FHD PJ's prices will be slashed by $1.5K

Both are similar and number differs for USA/EU respectively.
