Does Panasonic think Indians are poor and can not afford it? or India does not deserve it? or Indians do not need latest technologies???

Only in certain countries they mention the true resolution 1080p, other places they do not mention those resolutions at all! so the customer do not know the difference between 720p and 1080p.

Well the Py series is really awesome, i just checked out the PY 850, 50" at the Panasonic showroom it is full HD & the PQ was awesome, cost 1.8 lks

Yeah I am really wondering why Panasonic couldn't launch a HD plasma in 2008. Considering all LCD are already offering HD inspite of Bluray being the only HD content available in india.
