Pioneer Receiver Repair/Service in Bangalore

Receiver: Pioneer VSX 322 5.1 Receiver
Purchased: 2010 (Approx)
TV : LG OLED EVO C3

Issue: there is no sound out from the TV in the following set up
Source - HDMI - TV - HDMI ARC - Receiver = No Sound
TV - HDMI ARC - Receiver - Source connected directly to Receiver = Sound

Checked with another Panasonic TV and the issue can be replicated

Where can i find someone to service Pioneer receivers in Bangalore
Any leads would be helpful. Asking for a friend.
