Pioneer VSX-822-K AV receiver @24k good buy?

Heyyy AV champs... Just came across a brand new Pioneer VSX-822-K AV receiver available with so warranty and everything for 24k. Is it a good buy? Additionally what are the recommended affordable speakers set I can look at with it? Recommendations/ suggestions please!! Also available is Onkyo HT-S3500 package for 25k... Help a brother out guys.

The current year model 823 retails for 35K in hifimart.com... If you are getting the last year model for 24K with warranty, i think it is a very good price...

BTW from where did you get the quote of 24K for Pioneer 822 ?

There are plenty of speakers to choose from, but let us know what is your approx budget for speakers ?

Agree with Elangoas.
Very affordable price. Although you can get with bill and warranty please check if the serial No. is available in the backside of the receiver before buying.

I suggest Boston Acoustics speakers - a good match for Pioneer.

Why are you just behind the warranty.. Nothing will happen to those established one..Let us hope god is behind you. Ofcourse for all along the year i have him behind and i bought 90% of bunch from abroad.

Pioneer 823K is available for 25K from dealers in bazaar who bring it from Malaysia.

I don't have 823K, but recently bought 523K for 16K in bazaar and it is working perfectly( of course without warranty) using this for my Jamo HT package.

Bought 4 to 5 years back. That time 50K +... Better option now on the market..
