What movie types are giving you the problem?
Have you checked the HDD for errors?
Try to upgrade the player firmware.

i tried to play 'DvDRip.x264.AAC.2.0.ESub.xMS' file.

i upgraded playon's firmware to latest one,the problem remains.

while the new gui looks cool,there is always a delay while trying to play files.
whenever i switch on, the player tries to list the recently added music and movie files and it would take some 30-40 seconds,only then it would allow you to go to the next action.

i copied the same movie file in pendrive,but the problem remains same.


i am not sure whether this is a problem with my WDD external hdd or play on.

since i am not happy with the new firmware i am planning to use the old firmware itself.

hi all,
i am facing a problem these days while playing movies in my play on.

after sometime of the playback i am getting a message "IO error stop play back"
when i press confirm, the system boots.I tried again and the same thing happens again.this happened thrice recently when i played the files from my WD Elements 1 TB external HDD.

has anybody experienced this problem.pls suggest a solution as this is very annoying.
