PS: incase anyone wondering why am I behind such posts, I was in market for small compact satellite speakers and came across many such with price being better over import vs local (yes u loose out on warranty, I get that) sometimes its just the savings that matter when u can't source them by hand. this amazon route helps.

Also if anyone out their can suggest me, if these can work for atoms ceiling mount ?

I owned a pair of them for few months. But then for almost the same cost I could lay hands on a pair of OWM5 on ebay. So I disposed off OWM3 and got OWM5. I suggest you go in for OWM5. They are better and makes you feel that the surrounds are present.
