hello friends, i had some questions. 1)I am using yamaha rxv 361. Supposed to give out 100w rms / channel at 6 Ohm. If i connect a 6 ohm speaker and keep the volume at -40dB, How much power it is supposed to be pumping into the speakers? 2) the volume ranges from -80 to +1dB. Does that dB thing have any meaning in that volume level? 3) while comparing 2 speakers, if one speaker is significantly louder than the second one at the same volume level(the impedance of both is 8 ohm), can i safely conclude that the sensitivity of first speaker is at least 6dB more than the second regardless of the no. of drivers used? The first speaker has 3 drivers and second has 2 drivers. Please let me know your opinions. Regards
