Well Sri, that is a good point that i should take the photo's of the original packing first, and later the other pictures.

Indeed courier person will not wait till i finish the photo process, but i will easily manage to keep him waiting, my position becomes much better this way in case of adverse. If there is a problem, then in presence of courier person i will call up SYW.

Well even i am thinking that this time all will be fine keeping in mind that SYW, has been handling the things much better after the interval, as before the interval their movie was not good by any standards.

About the customs duty, i think they will never face any problem because they would be firing a bullet right into their leg as i have purchased at a cost which is door delivery.

Well with amazon, it is like being with Jesus christ, nothing can go wrong, even if something happens in rare case, they will replace etc. I have always preferred to trade with brands, because it gives you considerable piece of mind and a in-direct insurance.

Snow Storm

Well i have an update from SYW, that the projector has still not arrived here because of the snow storm across Europe. The flights have been cancelled and they have shipments sent since last Monday, and they are not yet delivered to them.

Looks like your PJ will reach you in condensed condition since itz passing thru the snow storm. Condense state will lead to condolence and will further lead to complication and go to an further extent of compensation.hyeah:

Reju, it is a mother of bad timing. It is like i am just about to sip tea, and a insect falls in the cup.

I love snowfall, will be going in Jan to Shimla, to ski.


Sri, well lets hope the projector is packed in multiple layers of sweater, so that the condensing does not happen.

If it does lead to condolence, then next time i will order my projector only in summer, will that be a good idea? Please advice.

If you astrologer has predicted some big trouble, you could have taken his help in finding an auspicious day for placing online order with SYW More than Asians / Americans & Europeans have strong belief in astrology. I believe you are having some strong connection with westerners so their bad-luck struck you too

Hello Reju,

Thanks for the writing.

In my post number 256 of 18th, i had said that the projector has probably arrived today at Mumbai airport. I said this because on 17th SYW told me that tomorrow it is likely to arrive, i.e. 18th.

SYW has given me the tracking number of courier, which has been showing the status as "In Transit".

Please advice, any suggestions.

Vinay I know couple of people who are stranded in UK themselves from past few days so i wont be surprised if the reasons are genuine.
Hope that you get your projector soon so we can get updated Pics from you of your new set up.

A friend of mine, on her way to Brussels, was stuck in Brussels for over 24 hrs. So I assure you the weather issues in Europe are genuine.

Landed

Well miracles do happen.

The pilot handled all the ad verses of snow storm for the sake of my projector and has successfully landed the aircraft in Mumbai, is now being cleared by customs.

I will get my life line tomorrow provided there are no riots or bomb blast.

Well i got a call from the courier just now, in next 2 hours projector will arrive in my house.

I will now go and wear a new dress.
