Quad QC2 Pre-amp

Hi Folks,

I'm trying to restore an old quad system consisting of 2 Quad 2 amps fed by a QC2 pre-amp. Unfortunately there is an EQ adapter missing from the QC2 and I would to either source one or make one if any body has an internal circuit, please. This adapter plugs into the rear of the QC2 and looks like a 9-pin valve base (12AX7).
If anyone could help with a circuit I would be very greatful.
