Rear Mount Speaker

Hello FMs,
I am trying to build a TL with TYPY03W06O0111 and it looks like it is designed for rear mounting, gasket is on the front side.
what difference it will it make in the sound if I rear mount it vs front flush mount?
What are the impacts of rear mounting a speaker?

I had the same doubt. Most drivers come with gaskets in front but most of the builds done by fm's show the driver mounted in front with the speaker frame screwed directly to the cabinet.

What is the correct way
