Refurbish old Pioneer speakers.

Hi! Hope this is posted in the right place because for one I certainly cannot do this myself.
Anyways have an old pair of Pioneer speakers (31 years approx). I love the way they are placed & really wish to get them back to their original condition.
Need help in replacing all the cones (comp finished) & whatever else reqd.

Is there anybody in Mumbai who could fix this for me. Thanks!!

From what I could read:

Woofer 10"
Mid range 6.5" (16 cm)
Tweeter: 7.7 cm
