Samsung 32" LCD series 4

Dear Experts,

I'm using the above mentioned LCD from the last one month but still I'm not satisfied with the setting for my TV.... I have one Digital Receiver and one Dish Tv India.... I need the perfect picture setting for my LCD... well I would like to mention about my room. my bed room is a normal small one and there are 3- tube lights in the room without a windows... it is a bit bright room...

You are kindly requested to please please solve my problem and provide the best setting for my LCD according to the stated environment..
