My brother and I are just living this pleasure phase...we just refurbished and restored a magnificent Grundig 3 Head audiophile cassette deck.

i have had very bad experience with sreekanth raghuram, he had deposited 3k for a tape deck i his account and he never turned up.
he did the same with my friends also.

nakamichi, you have some serious nak gear listed on your signature. can you share some light on the amplification?

understanding that it was in pristine condition. Paid Rs 5000/-.
Unfortunately it just does not work. Dead! No dial lamp! No
output! Although showing full signal.

Does anyone know any responsible technician in Mumbai who
can repair it?

I too have the same one opened on the work bench, got it of no choice with the other combination but it really doesn't serve the purpose in india no MW, SW1 &2 quite a waste if you ask me.
