searching for a budget home theatre!

i am trying to zero in on a home theatre combination that would cost around 1.25 lacs.( including player and lcd). any number of suggestions r welcome!

any VFM LCD 46" = 45-50k(Not an expert on this)
DVD upscaling player or WDTV/popcornHr/Xtreamer = 8-10k
onkyo/Yam/Denon HTIBs = 40/50k
denon 1610 = 27k and following speaker choices
wharfe Movie Star 27k
Energy 5.1 = 30k
mission M34i + Mi Center + mission rear = 35k + sub later
wharfe 9.1 + Wharfe Center + rear = 35k + sub later

nope.. not really..
but u can find that in the forums..
i dont prefer onkyo personally.. but now with choices limited in the yamaha 2010 AVRs i suppose this wd be competing model with denon..
