I am really looking for a passive cooling suggestion with no holes at the top or sides but I am good with them at the back and bottom though.

You can avoid back panel behind the amp, either way you need to make a cutout for power cable, speaker wires etc.

One of my relative who has furniture business often travel to South for raw materials. But they require regular teak wood etc. So I think Kerala and TN probably may have variety of woods. There was a member who made Tannoys from special wood (Walnut ?) if I remember.
