I am using PL200 for the past 2 months. It is worth it's price. I would strongly recommend it.

Considering your room size, one subwoofer is more than enough for your room size. Consider for a dual sub if it is not sufficient.

As Elangos said, touch base with the guys who are inclined to buy in group and get it for a very good deal.

I would vouch for PL200. It is a killer subwoofer!
