suggest floor-standing speakers

I'm having Harmon Kardon AVR 133 with JBL SCS 200.5 speakers,.
i have following issues with this setup

1.Bass is good for lo frequency but i cant hear any thump which i think comes from midrange.
2. There is hardly any treble, its like listening to a song through with switching off the treble.

Will you suggest me a good floor-standing speakers (towers) which will work with this AVR and also my future upgrade (planning for denon 1912 or Yamaha RX-V467 .

Whether changing speaker cable with good quality will help me.

2. Thump will only come from a subwoofer... no FS is going to give you boomy bass.
3. What's your budget?
4. You need to get a stereo amp for music... AVRs are not going to deliver great SQ for just music.

I get the Boomy Bass from subwoofer.
My budget is Rs35000
As im using AVR only for only sound processing, should i get a good Amplifier which can encode DTS and Dolby Sound.

check on Dali floorstanders, they sound amazing
