Floor standing speakers(Concept 40) vs bookshelves (3030i)

Hello FMs,

I am building my first AV system, 3.1 for now.
Room size: 10 * 10
AVR: Denon X1700h
Sub: SVS SB 1000 pro
Now I am unable to decide between Floor standing vs Bookshelves for LR.

I was planning to use QA 3030i as LR and its matching center.

The new 3030i + Stands cost 50K, and for the same price, I am getting used Floor standing (Concept 40) speakers.
I see that it's hard to bass management with floor standing and Sub in small rooms.

So now I am unable to decide between Concept 40 and 3030i.

Please share your insights. Thanks.

Blindly buy the concept 40. They are a better speaker in every way. I have a concept 20 and a whole load of other high end speakers. The concept 20/40 are a bargain for the price.

If your room is small concept 40 will be overkill

You can stuff the ports. It isn't a very big speaker either way.

I dont think, it produce good bass. If room is small, its annoying

Got concept 40. Paired with SVS sub SB1000 pro. There is no issue with bass for my room.
Any suggestions for surrouds? Is concept 20 EOL? It's OOS with most of the dealers.

Can i use 3010i for surrounds?
