Hi All,
I have a old Sony Hi-Fi system ( MHC GNZ 888D) with following speakers , My Amp has gone bad as the front speaker ports are not working. Since its a very old system sony service station is not getting the parts. The speakers are perfectly fine so I want to know which Amp should I purchase to hook these speakers to , is it worth using these speakers to new amp ?

Front speaker: 130 W + 130 W (4 Ω, 1 kHz, 1% THD)
Center speaker: 50 W (per channel at 8 Ω, 1 kHz, 10% THD)
Surround speaker: 50 W + 50 W (per channel at 8 Ω, 1 kHz, 10% THD)

Thanks in advance

Regards,
Abhijeet

Maybe this reply is too late, but u can contact Norge Audio and Telome Audio in Mahim and Bandra ,Mumbai, respectively. They have reasonably priced amps which u can audition. Taking your speakers is a must.

For excellent sound that won't break the bank, the 5 Star Award Winning Wharfedale Diamond 12.1 Bookshelf Speakers is the one to consider!
