no point sending email to CEO or nodal officer for sun direct.... its utter waste of time..


its a joke on our country that these people have enough b****s to put that price on the website.. mercy on them.. i would have definitely grinded them into a machine .. chopped into small bits.... and**gosh m too pissed off.. from ministers to sun direct every one wants to just use and abuse the mass crowd...

12 grands.... guess its the most expensive channel.. we should have a live coverage that we are able to see doors of heaven live in these exclusive channels.. go for a press conf.. and show the world.. in terms of extreme luxury and exclusiveness we can even cross the heights..... i really dont understand why terrorist attacks the crowd that is no where involved in anything.. why not these people.. atleast they will do some good to humanity... and few ministers as well.. probably that might stop the b****y crap going in this country...

It looks they could not get a properly negotiated contract and hence trying to avoid customers ever opting for those channels. The ones ACTUALLY agreeing to pay might get relayed channels from other HD DTH provider to which these Sun Direct people might pay for those

Better buy TS HD box only to watch world cup will be far cheaper.

Now it is 10 days since my hd channesl stopped working (Saying check cable error). The dish needs to be aligned, i suppose. But Sun Direct is yet to resolve the complaint.

I am calling them every day, and they promise they are escalating the issue and it will be solved by tomorrow.

I called there nodal office as well, and it is the same story, will solve today or tomorrow ... but many tomorrows have passed.

Now I have the worst customer experiece from Sun HD. I am in big time trouble ... No world cup tele cast any way ... and now this ... they keep changing satellites and frequencies ... creating more and more problems.

Now is there an escalation matrix for Sun direct. I am interested in escalating the issue .. and atleast getting a refund for the time their service was down.

Any pointers are welcome.

Meanwhile the 12000 worth WC package have disappeared from their site ... might come back tomorrow with 120000 tomorrow ... who knows they might even become the first DTH to have a million worth add on pack !!!!

Also please anyone let me know if they are aware of any other DTH package costlier than this in the world. We can nominate them for a guinnes recored ... and they can add 'first to appear in the guinnes book' banner to their site.

Are you talking in concious?? We are not even getting our issues fixed, Expecting refund is like DAY DREAMING.

You better call the dealer who sold the STB to you & get the contact of technician who fixed ur STB. Call him and try. For an immediate response, if you offer some biscuit($$), they will wait near your door like a hungry dog. Then throw the biscuit. Dog runs quickly and gets you the thing you wanted.

Here ends the DOG-BISCUIT story.

Anyway I have another DTH connection from videocon (SD connection but still shows me world cup).

But I am not rich enough to buy Sun Direct WC package for 12k. So enjoying it in SD using videocon. Thanks Sun Direct to the great customer experience ... and the wonderful world cup package.
