It just keeps getting worse with Sun Direct.
When I called Sun Direct HD's customer care, to register a complaint regarding the 'watermark', I was quite bluntly and rudely told that the 'watermakr' will remain, no matter what. The audacity with which the customer service rep. responded to my question was actually beyond shocking. First of all, it's not like the fool is the CEO of the company, or anywhere even close to being in a position where he could make a policy decision. Secondly, even if he were the CEO of the company, it would still be unbelievable that even a CEO would respond by outrightly slamming the doors on a customer's complaint/suggestion. Secondly and even more importantly, the customer care rep outrightly refused to even register the complaint and said that it was not his job to register such complaints. He also had no suggestions as to where else would a customer register their complaint.
Bottom Line: SUN DIRECT HAS TRULY REACHED ROCK BOTTOM AND IS EASILY THE WORST DTH COMPANY BY FAR.
I am sorry, just having the maximum number of HD channels do not make them a good company.
