Now I can see two scrambled channels called ESPN HD and Start cricket HD. My previous complaint remains still un-attended. I ask them what do I have to do unscramble these two channels? They said me I have to recharge for 3250 !!!! I shocked and tell those guys the same costs 50 Rs pm in Tata Sky. The reply 'Sir you can not compare Sun direct with others' Really ...

Now that I have bought Sun Direct HD for 2940/- I have to pay 3250/- for watching world cup ... ha ha ...

I think Mr. Maran wants to beat Raja in a day and he surely will if everyone pays Rs 3250/- for watching world cup !!!

Oh GOD!!!!!!,

I got shocked of the price for watching ESPN HD in SUN HD. I called CC twice to make sure. First time I asked if it is for a new connection. No luck & still SHOCK.

It seems they want to become billionaires in a day. Rs.3250/- just for the world cup????? Not even an annual package.

It is better to buy a Tata Sky+ HD for 3,999/- instead of this Day time Robbery. SUN STB & Antenna should be thrown in Marina beach waters.

TS+ HD, 3999 + 50 Bucks for HD, including ESPN HD and Star Sports HD. 650hrs of Recording (SD recording that is, no idea how much space HD would take).

Need I say more?
So you get a PVR for like 1000 bucks (Compared to Sun, that is.. ;) )
 
Sundirect is taking the world cup 2011 to new heights....the discounted price of Rs.3250 is no longer in their website for the HD channels...instead the new price of just Rs.12,000 is there.

I can't imagine how much they would charge by the time world cup ends :clapping:
 
SunDirectHD leaves its customers in lurch. Denies viewing espnHD/StarCricketHD. Demands Bradmansque Rs.3250, revises it to himalayan Rs.13200. Takes the HD consumers for a raide. Are their bosses watching or D'souza ruling?.
Hope they will resolve the tangle.
 
Ha Haaa:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: I had a similar experience from them. Took a few hours to come out of this horrifying shock about the price. I was desperate to watch the world cup in HD and kept on calling the customer service and the local dealer as well. No pity creature has a clue and everytime a new executive picked up the phone and was on a horrifying roll for me.. Geezzzz... where did these creatures come from. I dont even think these kind of nasty creatures exist even in the wildest of safaris... I was shocked to hear that they wanted me to pay Rs. 13,500 for watching two channels. At first, I felt if Sun Direct has started selling exclusive rights to customers... made me feel if they were telecasting the matches just for me. An exclusive customer channel is what made me feel at that time. My BP took a while to come down after the horrendous discussion with the executive... Do they know what they are doing... I almost picked up my STB which is just 15 days older and slammed it on the ground.. I pitied my marble flooring for being damaged and kept quiet.

Sun Direct is a direct dip in the ***.
Bootulu vastunnayi.. I wish that HFV creates one thread exclusively for people like me where I can write clear straight from the heart swear letters to these Sun guys... Pacchi Bootulu tittaalani undi gattigaa (I want to scream out loud the nastiest words against these fellas)...

Is there any way that we can convey this to SUN HD higer level managers? Atleast they'll see what they have go for them from customers. though we can't expect some good, but a raising voice will be heared.

Any ideas/solutions welcome.

Please....... Can someone in Chennai help us far away poor fellas to gain access to the Sun Direct guys.... There are loads of people here from Chennai.. please please.... And the Sun guys even listed this in their site...

There could possibly nothing else that could beat this pathetic situation... I know.. I know..... My BP starts running high again.. Got a Low BP issue... take Sun Direct... Guaranteed high BP in the very next seconds..... BP therapy....

Maybe they are trying to generate bail for Kanimozhi :D

Talking with one of their goons in CC is an experience in itself.
