My cousin who recently retired from the Indian Air Force has the following for giveaway. He is available in Bengaluru, only for another week.

It is a Sony DAV-DZ790K home theater system which he said is in full working condition and in its full original packing.

Took them out of the attic. Last used maybe 5 years ago for a short while and then back in the attic.

Condition is as seen in the pictures.

Please try visiting and look at home theater stores around you mate shd be easy to find these . There are enough posts not sharing it and buying a second hand good speaker, than expecting or waiting for a giveaway loot will satisfy your aural senses imho.

I tried it and still trying it. HT store JP nagar is ready to sell as a full package and not only surrounds. Front, only is available as pair and not surrounds. Last option is to get edifier passive front from Amazon.

There are plenty of sony speakers available on olx at dirt cheap price, though not that great compared to bigger brands but will suffice your need of surround speakers.

The AVR needs 6ohm or above while Sony normally comes with 3 or 4ohm which will affect AVR. I gave a single sony surround years back , it's a 3ohm. May be I will try to pair a new front speaker and move the denon bookshelf to rear.

Sorry my bad, I didn't mentioned it clearly. I was referring Sony bookshelf speakers from old music systems. They are usually 6 ohms.
