TV not delivered - No entry in Delhi

I booked my LCD at 5 PM and got a call from dealer that he cannot send it before 8. He had promised for delivery at 6. Shop is just 10 Min from my home.

He said cops can challan as its no entry till 8 PM.

Shop and home both are in Dwarka, Delhi.

Sounds strange to me.....

I am worried about being geeting a used TV....or a Demo set..

Why does he need 3 hours to deliver a TV...

I am sure no entry thing exist . HOwever, its for big vehicles.

TV are delivered on rickshaw so not sure, how no entry is applicable?

I would check things carefully before installation if its not true.
