Am planning to install a type 2 surge protection device at the meter (output) end to provide whole house surge protection. Saw couple of these below:
Type 2 - SP SPD
or
Type 2 -SP+N SPD
Am curious if any of you have installed similar type 2 surge protection devices and can share your experience. Also am not sure if I should go with both P+N protection (seems logical) or Phase only protection (don't know what scenarios justify Phase only protection)
