Urgent - Sony LED 32 Model EX420 V/S Panasonic 42 U30

I have the Sony 32 LED model EX420 currently and am thinking of getting the Panasonic 42U30 in place of the LED, is it a wise choice? need valuable advise.

well its a toss up between picture quality and size. it would also depend on your viewing distance. if its a small room the led will be better. if its larger then i personally would go for a larger flat screen. but its all up to you
