Vertically movable TV Mount

I've been looking for a TV mount which will allow one to move the TV vertically 6-8 inches from the point of mounting. Tanotis is a brand i've come across, but it allows only 3 inches of movement, and the support ID does not reply to any queries. Would anyone of the members be able to guide me on this?
