Volume not getting from Av receuver

Hi Friends,

Iam using marantz sr 5015 with sony x80h television. I have connected my Apple tv 4k to television directly and getting the output from
My avr. But from the past 5 days not getting the output from avr. And not getting message like Audio system connected.
If I have connected Apple4k from avr directly getting the our put .
Please help.

Hi,

If you are getting audio while connecting AppleTV to AVR directly.

Then the problem seems to be with ARC setting on your TV.

Did you try switching to another hdmi cable for the arc connection?
