What are your thoughts on this acoustic all-in-one solution?

Hello guys,I would greatly appreciate your thoughts on the below product

Pro-coustix DFNDR Studio Pack (S) 24x Wedge acoustic tiles + 4x DFNDR Bass Traps | eBay

Would it be a good idea to create timber panels as an enclosure for the acoustic tiles and bass traps,and cover them with acoustically tansparent fabric.These could act as absorbers placed on side walls and ceiling.

This looks like all, that a good room requires.

If however your room is not very good acoustically to start with, no amount of treatment will make it ideal.
