Where to buy LG GDR drives? (Wii)

Does anyone know of a site that sells the LG drives that can read Wii discs?
The models are:

Hitachi LG GDR-8161b (IDE)
Hitachi LG GDR-8162b (IDE)
Hitachi LG GDR-8163b (IDE)
Hitachi LG GDR-8164b (IDE)
Hitachi LG GDR-H10NBLK (SATA)

I've looked around and cannot seem to find anyone with any in stock? I thought there must be a modchip site that would stock them but so far no luck!
