Hi!

I really need you folks to guide and advice me.

firstly I have a query -
1)Why are most 42 and 50 inch plasma HD ready and not full HD?

2)I have to decide between the following-
Pana- 42v20 - 64k
LG LCD 42LD650 (200 Hz)- 63000K.
LG LCD 47LD650 (200 Hz)- 79000K.

Are the above prices OK?These are the best prices offered in Pune.

I Will be watching mostly Tata sky .

Cheers,
Naj

Thanks!

57.5 is a great price .But in Pune the best price I have got is 64.5k
I agree that the 42v20 is a great Plasma with a lot of features.

May be I should try hard at bargaining.

if you are only going to see tata sky, go for hd ready, save a bucket full of cash, and treat some hfv pune members to beer.

Anytime! Surely!welcome!

Yes and that is another problem whether to buy a HD ready or Full HD Plasma.
I would like to keep it for almost 6 years. The HD ready TV should not become obsolete . Because, I just read in today's TOI that the government intends to start digital broad casts on lines similar to the DVBT technology by 2015 and this will start implementation in a year region by region and convert analog to digital signal completely by 2015 .
The DVBT signal is great , Pure HD content.

By the way ezone had a great offer 2 days back on 50 inch hD ready plasma going for 37k.
